Retention Manager
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Managing team of Retention Agents
- Supervising performance of the Team
- Providing highest quality of service
- Monitoring news from the financial market
Ideal candidates:
- Good communication and selling skills
- Understanding of Financial markets
- Advanced English
- At least 2-3 years experience in the Forex/Capital markets in similar or the same position
- Availability for 5 shifts a week
- Hunger for success
- Attention to detail
Full professional training will be provided.
The position includes:
- Full time working hours
- High base salary + commissions
