On behalf of our Client, a global outsourcing company established in Gdańsk we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Service Desk Analyst with Finnish.
Holding the position of IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for handling escalated calls from users. You should follow KEDBs, Wikis for resolving technical issues and follow the defined processes (SOPs/SOWs) while attempting to resolve the L2 incidents. Tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement, delivering best quality service, reporting as well as studying transition documents to gain understanding of customer business will also consist scope of responsibilities.
To be successful in this role you need at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within customer service. Moreover our Client appreciates your set of IT skills regarding desk servicing, good knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations, especially incident & problem management skills. Fluency in English and Finnish are required.
