Job Summary:
- Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics while maximizing profitability within the business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority
- To build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Review all internal and external business plans, process and personnel changes related to Workcell.
- Influence win/win outcome on unreasonable demands.
- Establish clear measurable goals and objectives to determine individual and team results
- Create a positive, pro-active culture using strong motivation techniques for team
- Assist Functional Managers in developing individual development plans
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking among company's employees
General requirements:
- Master of degree preferred.
- Plus 5 years experience.
- 1 years experience in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish
- Understanding of wide range of business related activities
- Ability to lead and motivate and develop others
