- CRM Consumer Loyalty Campaign Planner providing service to a leading global consumer goods retailer for a number of their local markets including Western Europe, Eastern Europe and South East Asian markets.
- Owns the Planning and Briefing of CRM Consumer Loyalty multi-channel campaigns, including journey planning, multi-channel multi-contact programmes, multivariate test plans.
- Understands the customer segmentation rules provided by the (3rd party) Strategic agency and creates highly targeted and engaging communications strategies.
- Identifies the key messages or propositions or calls-to-action for a customer segment in the local market and define the best means to communicate it.
- Liaises with (3rd party) Strategic Agency to understand Global direction and communications plan.
- Uses both qualitative and quantitative research (where appropriate) to answer questions and prove or disprove hypotheses.
- Works with Campaign Insights Manager to supports Insight development – through research and analytics exploration to understand insights and customer behaviours.
- Works within a team of 5-10 in Warsaw as part of a global operating model.
- Works with campaign execution team.
- Works within a team of 2-3 Warsaw-based Planners.
Required
- Experience in Campaign Planner role (typically at least 3-5 years) for multi-channel Consumer Loyalty Campaigns
- Experience developing customer engagement strategies – CRM programmes, communication plans, customer brand experiences for all or a part of the following local markets: Germany, Turkey, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Thailand, Singapore.
- Proven experience demonstrating and understanding of how business, brands and customers interact, with an understanding of the role that technology plays in this relationship.
- Proven CRM programme development and deployment experience covering customer journey planning, multi-channel multi-contact programmes, multivariate test plans.
- Experience using customer segmentation and creation of highly targeted and engaging communications strategies
- Communication skills – excellent writing (English) and presentation skills, capability to identify key message or proposition for local market and define the best means to communicate it.
