Job Description:
- Be in charge of running and managing the call center daily
- Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members to ensure that customers are never left unattended to
- Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures and guidelines andcommunicate same to all team members
- Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
- Conduct regular review of all call center agents performance
- Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
- Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in client facing roles relating to call center
- One year experience in team leading in Telemarketing/Telesales call center environment
- Used to developing call scripts and continuously optimizing these
- Commercial / Sales driven attitude, but at the same time focused on customer care/customer satisfaction
- Used to measuring, monitoring and optimizing KPI’s & conversions
- Experienced as a call agent before becoming team lead in a previous job
- Experienced in coaching agents, to continuously improve quality and conversions
- Proven record of experience in remote work environment
- Strong personality with focus on a client and goals achievements
- Comfort in working in changing and challenging area
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent English and German is a must
- Possibility of gaining experience within new marketing capability being developed in European region
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work
