For our Client operating on the services market and offering solutions to improve the efficiency of sales, customer service and operational processe we are looking for a Candidate for the position of a:

Position Responsibilities:
- responsibility for full life cycle recruiting (interviewing and maintaining contact with Candidates)
- carrying out a precise analysis of the needs in the recruitment area
- candidates acquisition using diverse Direct Search methods
- designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy
- conducting several recruitment projects at the same time
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience working as a Talent Acqusition Specialist or Talent Sourcer (preferably in sales/services are)
- excellent knowledge of Direct Search methods with the ability to match them to the recruitemnt projects needs
- experience in conducting recruitment projects independently (strong focus on foreign markets)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- excellent English
- creativity and individual approach to each project
- very strong customer focus, problem solving mindset
