Job Summary:
We are looking for someone for a new, individual role of H&S Specialist in CBRE, who will implement and maintain high H&S standards, in line with CBRE global strategy and Polish law.
Responsibilities:
- Regular control and advisory on working conditions in compliance with health and safety rules and regulations
- Implement the correct process of investigation, documentation and analysis of potential accidents
- Organize and conduct Heath&Safety trainings for employees
- Elaborate company procedures and general safety instructions
- Carry out audits and inspections to ensure compliance with corporate and Polish HS requirements
- Ensure that all inspections are conducted, corrective actions are completed on time, and all necessary documentations are retained
- Participate in investigations and resolving compliance questions and concerns
- Preparing periodic analysis of safety
- Promote the culture of safety within the organization
Requirements:
- Higher education, including the required health and safety based on Polish law regulation
- Min. 2 years of experience in working as an H&S specialist
- Ability to organize internal training and knowledge transfer
- Good knowledge of Health Safety and Environment regulations
- Good knowledge of EHS Management Systems (for example ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) will be an asset
- Internal Auditor Certificate for health and safety management systems will be an asset
- Very good communication skills
- Can-do attitude, proactive attitude
- Very good presentation skills
- Responsible and mature attitude
- Advanced English level (B2/C1 as a minimum)
- Very good computer skills (MS Office)
