For our Client, the internationally recognized institution located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of IT Service Desk Analyst.
IT Service Desk Analyst will act as a second level help desk support, monitor systems and applications, manage the incident tickets, collaborate with support teams, communicate the issues, document incidents as well as interact with Business and Application teams. IT Service Desk Analyst will be also an escalation point for all system support teams and provide skilled support to the off-shore testing teams.
In order to be a successful Candidate you should possess BA/BS degree in Information Technology and about 2 years of experience on the similar position. Knowledge of mainframe and distributed software tools as well as tools such as Microsoft Office suite and Lotus Notes is also required on this position. IT Service Desk Analyst needs to possess exceptional customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as experience in an ITIL environment. Fluency in communicating in English is a must.
