Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Manage the team of tech support agents: motivate, recognize and reward, coach, counsel, train and problem solve
- Ensure operational metrics for Incidents and Service Requests are met
- Handle escalated supervisor tickets from agents
- Cooperate with L2/3 support teams
- Plan and distribute the workload
- Create and update reports
- Good German and English communication (written and oral)
- Team lead work experience in a field of IT operations support or Technical Help/ Service Desk
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Technical educational background or relevant work experience
