As an application developer in Orbium, you will contribute to the design, development and deployment of various software components to build solutions for private banks sector. You will participate, along with the development team, in the use of efficient build practices such as continuous integration and test-driven development based on SCRUM approach.

Work as a part of international team in design and development.

End-to-end development of business applications for banking sector.

Evolution and maintenance of existing application portfolio.

Establish and ensure code quality practices for existing and future applications.

Work closely with Product Owner in designing and implementing solutions.

Help manage activities of the development team.

Help with client support and automation for new and existing applications.

University degree or equivalent in IT or engineering.

4-5 years of track record in delivering high quality software in challenging environments.

Solid skills in algorithm development, database modelling and implementation.

Eclipse RCP E4 development framework know-how would be a strong asset.

Strong knowledge in build automation and continuous integration (Maven, Jenkins).

Knowledge / Experience in development frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), Java design patterns.

Database and SQL know-how.

Ability to work independently, pro-actively, organized and results driven.

Experience in Agile team work environment.

Excellent communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
