Export specialist with French and English

Main responsibilities:

• Documents processing from order to bill and credit notes management
• Dealing with daily issues and operational decision making in the areas of: sales orders, stock allocation, deliveries, handling customer"s claims (price and logistic)
•  Perform daily operations based on customer operating practices, knowledge of the category and sales strategy
•  Close cooperation with other Supply Chain departments and third party logistic providers
• Cooperation with external customers including pro-active, on-time and accurate information
• Caring for the correctness and timeliness of the process
• Responsibility for the process (knowledge of procedures, rules, customs documentation)
• Ensuring efficiency and high standard of operations: identification and removing inefficiencies in the processes, making improvements in the daily operational work

Skils: 

• University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
• Fluent in English & French (both speaking and writing)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office & good knowledge of SAP system
• Ability to work with various IT applications (SAP, CRM, ARC, UTMS)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with internal and external customers
• Precision in daily tasks
• Strong analytical skills required
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
