Finance Analysts (various roles in a start-up)

For our Client – one of the world’s largest airlines group, that establishes a new Centre of Excellence in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced analysts who will join the Decision Support department.

In this team, you will perform duties associated with business and financial performance analysis (i.e. assists with budgeting and forecasting, support scenario and contingency planning, generates results of operational performance) as well as evaluate current and historical data. Additionally, the successful Candidate will prepare reports and some basic commentary. You will be accountable for providing day to day financial management and analytics while working in partnership with different teams (business, finance, procurement, etc).

Ideal Candidate should demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis department in an international company, as well as excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills and resilience to resolve issues are essential to be successful on this position. Very good knowledge of English is a must.
