Job description:
- The role of the General Ledger Team Leader is focused on coordination of the team membersperforming general accounting activities which are complex and broad in nature,specializing in general ledger and financial reporting
- Participate in planning and supervisingknowledge transfer of an as is process while incorporating certain immediateprocess improvements
- Ensuring that service quality is maintained
- Resolve orescalate any issues which might pop up during transition phase Reviewand post invoices, check requests
- Set invoices ready for payment
- Prepare financial management reports
- Input employee expenses into SAP
- Generating regular reports
- Responsible for performing specific Month End Close activities, adhering to theMonth End Close timetable and global and office specific Month End Closedeadlines
- Responsibility for assigned KPI's to meetcustomer Leeds
- Escalating issues and risks to the manager
- University Degree: Finance or Accounting
- Over 3 years of professional experience, on the similar position
- Fluent in Englishand Polish
- Experience in preparing maps/procedures andtransition processes
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the similar position
- Understand KPI's , KPIs, SOPs, processdocumentation
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Proven track record in a role of a Team Lead orpeople supervisor
- Computer skills (MS Office , especially Excelskills)
- SAP knowledge or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel, particularly duringtransition
- Attention to detail and accurate data processing
- Strong analytical skills
- Team work and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
