Ensure that all HR processes and policies are correctly implemented and understood by local staff;
Managing of local HR team;
Drive, maintain, support and create, if necessary, HR processes and policies in following areas: staff adaptation, retention, engagement and satisfaction, annual evaluations, development, benefits, employees relations, labour law regulations, recruitment;
Implementation of local HR projects;
Daily support of line management by providing valuable input and HR expertise;
Ongoing support of local staff in HR processes and labor law.
University degree (preferred in sociology, psychology, HR Management);
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR area;
Experience in managing of small team would be an asset;
Strong knowledge and experience in following areas: staff adaptation, retention, engagement and satisfaction, annual evaluations, development, benefits, employees relations, labour law regulations, recruitment;
Project management skills;
Be aware of current trends/best practices in HR;
Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, problem solving skills and strong understanding of business needs;
Upper-Intermediate English level.
