Your new role
You will need to act as a business partner for both employees and managers and you will be the go to person in employee relationship. 

What you'll need to succeed
Maximum 3 years experience as HR Generalist/Specialist
Exposure to wide HR areas (employee relations, engagement, performance management, training, admin, recruitment etc)
Previous experience in BPO industry is a plus
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of employment legislation
