Job description
- Manages HR and Payroll service delivery for external clients
- Oversees daily HR and payroll operations
- Manages operational issues and ensures that operations are run according to the agreed process and implement the improvements to drive budgeted efficiency
- Provides the clients with high quality service
- Focuses on developing HR and Payroll expertise and experience within the team
- Effectively collaborates with other teams within engagement, service line and global practice
Main accountabilities
- Ensures that all deliverables for the agreed HRO and Payroll projects are created, approved and updated on ongoing manner, including annual training & business needs analysis
- Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to client’s expectations and contract terms
- Assigns priorities for operations and services delivered to the clients
- Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the clients for transition and delivery phases
- Leads and motivates HRO and Payroll teams
- Plays a role model to influence other individuals behavior and professional development within Capgemini
- Encourages co-operative team-working across the business, cooperates with Global Process Owners and retained HR functions
- Defines, creates and leverages opportunities to increase the scope of provided services within HRO area
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide value adding services to the business
Candidate’s profile
- Related HRO and Payroll experience in global environment at least 5 years
- People Management sklills at least 3 years
- Fluency in English (B2+ level at least)
- Excellent client facing skills
- Change management skills
- Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding, target-oriented environment
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
