Opis stanowiska:
For our client- an American engineering company, we are currently looking for SENIOR TALENT RECRUITER for the Talent Acquisition Department.
You will be responsibe for:
-direct Search and using multiple creative sourcing channels
-business stakeholder engagement for business groups
-support the project management of volume professional hiring campaigns
-creating the candidate sourcing plans
-candidate screening and shortlisting
You will be responsibe for:

Wymagania:
-5 years of experience in a similar position (included min. 1 year of recruiting for engineering sector)
-experience in in-house recruitment
-C1 level of English
-experience in direct/executive search
-knowledge of multiple methods and technologies including social media
-researching, sourcing and networking to develop candidate pools
-ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-strong planning and organizational skills
-knowledge of law and regulations as they pertain to hiring
-experience in in-house recruitment
-C1 level of English
