Process responsibilities
- Ensure invoices / expenses are ready for payment before payment run by e.g. checking there are no outstanding requests on the invoice, invoice blocks
- Initiate payment proposal runs and payment runs after approval
- Enter payments
- Ensure payment confirmation is entered in the system
- Update financial records, clear payments
- Ensure smooth automatic processing and solve issues in timely manner
- Send remittance advice to vendors
Customer service responsibilities
- Maintain good working relationships within the AP team and local organisation
- Respond to payment related queries in an efficient manner
- Deliver effective and timely communication
- Strive for high levels of customer service
- Active member of the team; responsible for supporting the team to achieve their objectives
- Perform activities in line with agreed controls, policies, procedures and customer service standards

Competent in the use of Microsoft office and SAP (preferable)
- 1-3 years of work experience in relevant environment nice to have

Experience of working in a SSC an advantage

Experience in processing supplier invoices for payment is desirable, preferably in a SAP enabled environment
