Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Administrative support of the HR processes
- Input and update data in HR systems
- Ensure proper documents process flow
- Supporting HR Specialists in daily activities
- Contact with Employees
- Participating in team initiatives
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Very good command of English and Polish
- Responsibility and self-reliance in action
- Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
- Openness, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience on similar position or recruitment agency
- Interest in BPO/ SCC profiles would be an asset
- Civil contract (availability min. 30- 40 h per week)
