Job Description:
- Assist in resolving incidents affecting the production systems
- Assist in install, configure and maintain Virtualization platform servers and additional components
- Help with manage and support of servers hardware
- Assist in providing technical support for application and servers on virtual platforms
- Very good English
- Degree or last years of technical study (4-5)
- Good Windows Servers or Linux operating system skills
- Basic Knowledge of Virtualization products
- Basic knowledge of computer networking
- Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Knowledge of server hardware will be benefit
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting will be benefit
- Technical IT courses or certification within Virtualization area will be benefit
