Statoil Fuel & Retail is currently looking for a Trainee in a Finance Department to support the implementation of a new ERP system.

 

 

Jobs to be done by intern:

  • Planning logistics ( rooms & meetings) for the project team visit, end user trainings, localization workshops (if physical meetings will take place).
  • Gather all localization input and keep track on project status.
  • Plan communication to the Customers & Vendors & Employees and perform operational tasks in connection to this (in cooperation with Communication Director).
  • Maintain & regularly update the status of the certain project phases completion ie MD readiness ( which areas are ready where we have a delay?), system acceptance tests, Go-live metrics, interim procedures.

Skils:

  • Excellent project management, organization and planning skills.
  • Practical ability to communicate in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good Excel & Power Point skills.
  • Self-confidence and self-starter attitude is a must.
