On behalf of our client, a multinational investments company based in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for a candidate for a position of Investor Relations Team Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing evaluation of the team of 9 people, establishing targets and deadlines, training and mentoring team members. The role involves ensuring the day to day operational requirements are being met, reporting to senior management, developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures.
We are looking for candidates with an university diploma in a business related field, 5+ years of experience in financial services and 2+ years of supervisory/people management experience. Ability to work between 3pm and 11pm is crucial. Strong understanding of fund types and structures from an Investor Services perspective is required.
