Our Client Company, one the biggest and most successful IT companies in the world with offices in Krakow Business Park is looking for someone like you.
You will
- Provide hardware, software and network support, problem diagnosis and their resolution via telephone.
- Route problems to internal senior support staff.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff to leverage the issues resolution.
- Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls.
- Use Call Tracking System to document and manage issues, requests, their respective resolutions and circumvention's.
Your principal accountabilities
- Be willing to work during both standard working hours and 24/7 shifts
- Work closely with help desk peers in cross-training, development and implementation of operational excellence procedures.
- Work closely with senior support staff to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve chronic problems.
- Perform effectively as a project team member as required for help desk projects and internal assignments.
- Participate in trainings designed to enhance skills and support capabilities.
Your skills and experience
- At least B2 level of English language
- Education or experience in IT and telecommunications
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Help desk, customer service, and IT support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
