On behalf of our client, international IT brand, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of IT Engineer.
Location: Katowice
Job type: 12 months contract (B2B) with a possibility to be extended
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of professional experience with the TAD4D
• At least 1 year of AIX/Unix/Linux administration experience
• Technical knowledge of scripting (shell,perl,vbscript)
• Databases (overview, connections, backup/restore)
• Good troubleshooting experience (root cause analysis, defect fixing)
• Technical knowledge of automation tools for functional testing of client/server applications
• ITIL Service Management qualification (as a plus)
• Experience with other product from IBM Tivoli family would be beneficial (ITM6 & Netcool, ITCAM Windows & Linux, Application LSE, ITM6, TADDM, Tivoli Decission Support, IBM EndPoint Manager, Omegamon)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Ability to work independently, take ownership on assigned tasks and deliver on time
• Fluent English
Job Responsibilities:
• Become the member of the team managing customers’ infrastructure
• Participate in the projects to setup Tivoli infrastructure for new customers and migrate to.
• Participate in the planning and preparation of the complex changes to be implemented
• Participate in Problem determination and resolution in the production environment
• Plan and structure of the training to be provided to up-skilling candidates and create a personalized training roadmap for each up-skilling participant
• Initiate training program for resources as per personalized training roadmap
• Resource skill assessment and certification
• Identify technical scope of work on the new accounts to be delivered by up-skilling candidate
• Support organization in setup of the organization being able to manage customer environment in BaU mode.
• Shadow up skilling participants to handle changes, migrations & project activities
