For an international organization that provides IT services for Internet strategy and development and complete life cycle system support, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of:
IT Helpdesk consultant with German or French
Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from clients regarding IT issues and queries
- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware
- Deliver high quality of technical solutions
- Provide basic training in MS Office applications
- Create and maintain positive relations with clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Good in French or German
- Experience in IT is not required
- Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
