Opis stanowiska
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications as well as IT hardware (setting up of PC’s, projectors, basic network interconnections).
Twoje zadanie
- Provide support for all office hardware and on all standard applications support. - Ensure tickets are responded to within the agreed service levels. - Perform support duties such as physical setup of computers, run run cables and install software - React with suitable priority to incidents
