Currently for this global leader we are looking for Junior IT Specialist with German language.
This ambitious person offers:
- quality and high-standards technical assistance within customer service department,
- necessary actions undertaken to resolve computer queries,
- advice and help to German speaking internal clients,
- solutions to IT issues and up-to-date information about the query status,
- help and good management of Siebel and Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
- proficient written and oral German skills,
- communicative level of English,
- experience in Customer Service or IT Support role,
- basic/good IT related skills,
- availability to work during morning and afternoon shifts (but only till 7 PM),
- ability to work under pressure.

- employment contract for 1 year with possibility to further extend,
