IT Support Specialist

Requirements:
- Experience in hardware and software installations, user administration in a Windows environment
- Experience in Windows and Office environments
- Good knowledge of IT Support processes (best practice)
- Service minded, proactive and taking responsibility
- Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: ServiceNow, Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Lync
- Excellent spoken and written Polish and English is a prerequisite
Responsibilities:
- End user support (phone or occasional travel)
- Issue handling and escalation according to service level agreements
- Provide IT service, guides and one-to-one and one-to-many IT training
- Support of current, new and future end user IT devices, phones and applications
- Installation, configuration and setup of IT systems, printers and video conference systems
- User administration
