With reference to the IT coordinator in Denmark, GWS Poland is searching for an IT-supporter. You will provide support to GWS globally, serving our offices also in Denmark, Germany, UK, Holland, Romania and Turkey – as well as our technicians working all over the world building and servicing wind turbines.
You have just completed your IT-education or have 1-2 years of experience. You are eager to kick-start your career in an international environment and gain experience.
GWS is managed in Scandinavian style: Informal and little hierarchy. This is reflected by high requirements for the candidate to be able to work under limited supervision, to share knowledge, cooperate and take responsibility. A few travel days shall be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of hardware (PCs and servers) and software.
- Control, order, (re)install, configure and deliver laptops. Cooperation with external supplier of preinstalled PC’s.
- User administration. Handle access rights and permissions.
- 1st line support for hardware, Windows 10, MS Office 365, Skype for Business and other applications (e.g. Saviom resource planning tool).
- Integration between systems and support to implementation of new IT-solutions.
- Preparation of user guides and assistance with education of users.
- System upgrades.
- IT-security. Monitor system logs, firewall logs etc. and identify needed actions.
Wymagania
- Relevant IT-educational background.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2, Active Directory, MS SQL server and Skype for Business.
- Knowledge of MS Sharepoint, Navision 2009R2 and IBM TEM will be an advantage.
- Solution-oriented, flexible, systematic and persistent self-starter. Cooperative and communicative at all levels. Open-minded with respect for other cultures and high standards for own work.
- Able to communicate and share knowledge about IT in a language which the users understand.
- Structured and systematic work approach.
- Fluent English spoken as written.
