ITIL PROCESS MANAGER for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (German or French language)

For this Client we are looking for professional Managers in ITIL area who will support directly the international customers – mainly GERMAN and FRENCH speaking markets – (Major) Incident Manager, Problem Manager, Change Manager, Configuration Manager, Capacity Manager, Process Service/Delivery Manager, Cross Functional Expert.
Place of work: NORTH-CENTRAL REGION OF POLAND (full relocation as a preference, for very experienced candidates a partially remote system of work is possible)
As a Manager you will be responsible for managing the ITSM processes or Delivery.
The responsibilities will differ according to the specialization within the ITIL processes and service management. The general range of activities and tasks to be undertaken includes:
- Executing the process tasks taking into consideration global and local requirements
- Coordinating and managing the process activities
- Finding the root cause of escalations
- Performing regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions
- Reporting KPIs and customer SLAs, attending regular SLA reviews with Clients
- Assisting the Global Management team in driving Service management best-practice and ITIL process standardization
- Identifying and planning process improvement’s projects
- Handling Client escalations, resolving them with satisfactory results
- Maintaining the effective Service Delivery with accurate Service Level Management
- Coordinating all IT delivery activities to deliver the service in accordance with contractual scope, and target levels
- Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and support staff that provides hardware, software or/and network problem resolutions

Wymagania:
- University degree, preferably in IT, Telecommunication or Economics discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in ITIL Process Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Configuration) and/or Client’s portfolio and Service Management
- Fluent English and FRENCH or GERMAN language is a must
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL and IT process delivering
- Broad understanding of network, servers, operating systems, help desk processes and procedures, etc.
- Working knowledge of ITIL Process Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000 (certification is not required but is a plus)
- Knowledge of contract preparation and SLA’s
- Proven leadership skills, ability to build trust-relationships and to work with business side, internal teams and external clients including teams/clients overseas
- Excellent verbal communication skills – ability to speak clearly with both technical and non-technical customers in a support role.
- Organizational and analytical skills, accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
- At least 2 years of experience in ITIL Process Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Configuration) and/or Client’s portfolio and Service Management
- Fluent English and FRENCH or GERMAN language is a must
