Place of work: NORTH-CENTRAL REGION OF POLAND (full relocation as a preference, for very experienced candidates a partially remote system of work is possible, even 80%)

For this Client we are looking for candidates interested in the position of ITIL Situation Manager
Place of work: NORTH-CENTRAL REGION OF POLAND (full relocation as a preference, for very experienced candidates a partially remote system of work is possible, even 80%)
The Situation Manager role will include:
- Being in charge of High Priority incident resolution within compound environments with complete confidence, engaging internal and external support teams globally
- Leading the virtual team of technical resources, driving troubleshooting; ability to reduce the time needed to repair crisis outages
- Ability to verify levels of incidents in order to execute the proper level of Incident Management proces
- Preparing reports for various audiences, also for senior and executive managers
- Participating in various ITIL processes
Requirements:
- Very good level of English (at least B2 both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year experience in ITIL
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in technical field
- High stress resistence, ability to work under the pressure of time
- Ability to identify problems
