You will care and serve Clients, providing answers and services for external and internal Clients, but what is more you will be responsible for finding creative solutions for Client's issues as on a daily basis you will be handling various cases and will have to react sometimes spontaneously. In your scope of responsibilities will be also reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards. Ideal candidate should have fluent Hungarian, Slovak or Czech, good English, drive and energy and be able to work full-time. Passion for helping others is required as well as willingness to work in a team.
