Your role

We look for someone like that to:
- lead key testing activities of assigned projects and hence support the Business Acceptance of Key Business Solutions and Processes
- support business analysis and definition of Business requirements of Core banking capabilities such as Client onboarding and Advisory tools and help document key concepts and proposals
- closely collaborate with project managers and business analysts from other parts of the assigned programs within and outside of WM and P&C
- manage projects for small cross-product initiatives in Wealth Management and Personal & Corporate Banking (WM and P&C), also looking at the impact of the interfaces to Global Asset Management and the Investment Bank
- prepare and lead workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts from affected business and IT functions
- assist the senior project management team with the preparation of various governance meetings, as well as support the development of business cases of new initiatives
- with increasing experience in the Multichannel Management & Digitization Client Relationship Management area, take on responsibility for larger and/or cross-location related projects
Your team
Within Multichannel Management & Digitization (MM&D) we define and drive the execution of the multi-channel strategy and the digital transformation of UBS to become a leading multi-channel bank. The Core Banking team within MM&D defines, manages, functionally supports and further develops capabilities in the area of Client data, Client Relationship Management, Client position and Client Pricing. The Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager will become an integral part of this team and support these initiatives. The role will be located in our MM&D Wroclaw office.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a higher education (degree from a University/ FH, preferably in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Science), ideally in combination with IT experience
- minimum 2-4 years of work experience at a financial institution
- experience in Business Analysis including Testing
- a thorough understanding of change management processes related to IT solutions
- experience in project management, ideally in combination with business analysis for complex solution domains, act as the interface between business and IT
- strong analytical skills, systematic thinker
- good communication, organizational and conceptual skills
- previous wealth management and/or retail banking experience advantageous
- experienced to work in an international environment
You are:
- able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment
- a communicative, independent and proactive personality
- consensus driven yet assertive to lead projects to successful delivery
- able to challenge taken approaches, opinions and concepts while integrating project teams for successful delivery
- excellent in English (speaking and writing); German skills would be beneficial
