Main Responsibilities:
• Assist Market Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance throughout the organization by supporting Compliance programs primarily in Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic,
• Support Business in application of internal guidelines and Company procedures in the areas such as: Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption, Data Protection and other laws applicable to payment services industry,
• Research and analysis of public information,
• Maintenance and analysis of internal documentation in liaison with other internal departments, as necessary,
• Support Market Compliance Officer in conducting Compliance Monitoring & Testing activities, controlling adherence to pertinent laws and internal guidelines,
• Participation in the ongoing Compliance projects and tasks, as assigned
Qualifications:
• Degree educated or a final year student; legal, economic or finance background/training preferable,
• Very good English and communication skills (oral and written),
• Very good investigative, research and analytical skills,
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills,
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks,
• Good knowledge of and ability to use current computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,
• Knowledge of banking and payment services regulations and regulatory environment would be an advantage,
• Previous work experience in compliance, risk, internal control or legal advisory an advantage
