Due to increased business, a leading organisation based in Wroclaw is currently seeking a Junior CS Specialist with Swedish/Dutch/French to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity, for foreign language speaking candidates to develop their skills in a successful and growing business.

Major Responsibilities:
Escalate queries and issues which can’t be solved and keep the end-user informed of progress. Advise users on issues like navigation, tasks completion, sources of data, process workflow, instructions and responsibilities and sources of further information and guidance.

- Very good oral and written Swedish/Dutch/French language skills;
- Good English skills;
- No experience required (work experience in a multinational company would be a plus);
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people from different countries and cultures;
- Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent customer handling skills;
- The ability to learn fast and effectively apply knowledge gained.
