Main Responsibilities:
- Daily review of new requests to qualify and assign them to the right queue.
- Validation of information submitted in requests.
- Ensuring status of requests is reflected accurately in the respective tool.
- Creation and execution of reports.
- Daily review of the demand queue to ensure they are being attended to by the responsible function.
- Manage weekly review session with the different vendors in order to track requests. Raising/changing priority on requests to be processed.
- Weekly follow-up with the functions to close out any outstanding actions and provide feedback to the requestors as to the status of their requests.
- Liaison with the Solution Architects team to verify and qualify incoming requests.
- Identify repeating requests or scope.
- Routing of proposals to the appropriate stakeholder for review, approval and signing.
- Act as point of contact for queries on Requests by actors in the process.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
General:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and ServiceNow.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
- English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Proven Experience in using Microsoft Excel to produce tables and perform advanced data analysis.
- Good understanding of the Requirements Management Process.
- ITIL Foundation Level is required.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Good communication skills as the level of interaction with various stakeholders.
