For our customer – a leading provider of IT Outsourcing and Consulting Services in CEE and operations in 6 countries, to support our growth in CEE, we are looking for Key Account Manager - future Warsaw Regional Director working from our branch in Warsaw.

The successful candidate will report to Country Manager. Main responsibility is to manage customer relationships with international IT customers.
Successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with key peers (procurement, HR, operation, management) of leading IT/telco/finance companies in the region. He/she must be able to demonstrate a highly successful track-record of managing high-value, complex account relationships. Previous experience in designing and implementing strategic sales account plans is required. We expect strong communication skills and a strong business ethic. We would like to have in the team strong, professional matured personality with high performing working standards.
Responsibilities:
- constantly looking for new strategies to increase client base. Responsible for implantation of these new strategies and overall deliverie
- develop and maintain relationship with customer decision makers and operational managers, identifying and executing existing possibilities for new business opportunities
- providing expert service to customer and manage the commercial business across diverse vertical business lines
- initiate and promote continuous improvement of procedures, processes, standards and programs to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency and execute implementation
- to be responsible of the sourcing of the IT consultants who will deliver services to customers
- to be responsible of IT consultants team carrier management and team spirit
- anticipate, manage and solve issues
