Linux Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installation, management, administration and altering of the Red Hat systems and Linux network services.
• Usage of bash for daily activities.
• Linux systems middleware maintenance, adaptation, development.
• Installation, configuration and monitoring of the environment.
• Planning and performing disaster recovery.
• Maintaining configuration management records.
• Updating internal documentation.
• Propose new solutions and extensions according to current needs.

To be suitable for the role an ability to solve complex problems and effective communication in English and Polish is required. 
At initial stage of a project traveling to West European or Nordic countries for couple of weeks could be required.

Requirements: 

• Deep knowledge of Red Hat Linux including bash scripting.
• WEB servers configurations (APACHE, TOMCAT, JBOSS).
• Experience in Perl, Python, Shell and K Shell scripting will be desired advantage.
• Experience with databases will be a desired advantage.
• CISCO/IP networking experience will be a desired advantage.
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
• Fluent communication in English and Polish.
