For our Client, well-known, global company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Logistics Operations Manager.

The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for the E2E logistics process, covering the following areas for given European sub-region: contracting inbound raw & pack and outbound transport lanes; contracting and supervising the network of warehouses; accountability for the transport network; support on re-packing operations. The Logistics Operations Manager will lead the development of a professional, customer service, cost and carbon focused logistics organization. He/She will drive the continuous improvement through both the application of harmonized business processes and greater regional understanding of logistics market developments and opportunities.

To be successful on this position you need to have an experience of min. 3 years in logistics at the management level, thorough knowledge and experience in supply chain (warehousing, transport) gained in an international environment and fluent knowledge of English. Ideal candidate should have strong people and project management skills. It is a key role in the organisation that will involve extensive regional travel and management of multiple internal and external teams and stakeholders.
