We are looking for ambitious engineers willing to join our team to work on LTE and IoT Software Tester position to support LTE project teams (testing of LTE Control and User Plane features, Internet of Things technologies).
You will be responsible for LTE base station (eNB) software testing (integration, verification, performance, stability, regression testing). These comprise the following key tasks:
- planning, designing and executing test cases for new features (LTE C-plane, U-plane)
- developing automated scripts for new test cases
- maintenance and execution of regression tests
- coordinating activities within own responsibility area
- applying best development practices
- solving complex problems by integrating information from expert sources and introducing original approaches/solutions
- participating in relevant technical studies
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Technology or equivalent education
- knowledge of script/programming languages (Perl, Python, Bash)
- knowledge of software testing
- knowledge of test automation
- knowledge of telecommunication area
- knowledge of Linux OS (command line)
- knowledge of IP networks
- analytical thinking skills
- good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- ready to relocate to Wroclaw, living in or near by
- very good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- professional work experience in above areas will be seen as an advantage
- knowledge of SW development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, waterfall)
- robot framework knowledge
- knowledge of 4G access technology (LTE)
- projects that are rapidly evolving and are not in the maintenance mode
