We are looking for a talented, dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our newly established Human Resources Service Center in Wroclaw. The manager will work with business sponsors to prioritize and implement process and programs to build a European HR Service Center. The manager will be expected to be able to both delegate projects and accountability to the team as well as lead their own projects. Liaise with our global HR organization to adapt existing processes and programs to our unique European needs. Allocate resources based on business sponsor approval and manage cost center accordingly. The HR manager will report into the Financial Controller – Europe

  • Team Management
    • Oversight of HR Service Center team in Wroclaw
    • Ensure team member connection to business and business sponsors
    • Career development of team members
    • Effective, efficient and correct service towards the network
  • Planning & Prioritization
    • Collaborate with business sponsors to prioritize business needs
    • Recommend and advise on the future HR development
    • Regular communication of department and project progress
  • Areas of Responsibility
    • Payroll
      • Oversight of monthly payroll cycles for 10 countries
    • HR Service Center
      • HR Process documentation and compliance
      • HR System management
      • HR Data management and reporting
      • Labor law guidance for managers
    • Employee relations
      • New Hire Administration
      • Termination Administration and Employee Leave Management
    • Compensation and Benefits Administration

Wymagania

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership as an HR Manager (+2 years) in a preferably international environment
  • Proven experience to payroll cycles in 1 or more European countries
  • Administrative background
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative outlook and aptitude

Fluent English – Additional languages can be an advantage
