New Business Manager - Growth Manager

Job description

  • Ownership of the business development strategy
  • Setting sales objectives, projects expenses, sales volume and profit
  • Responsibility for the annually representative sales budget (around 0,5 mln PLN)
  • Identifying business expansion opportunities, analyzing market potential and targetting new business
  • Proactive expanding a network using various online and offline tools and channels, including but not limited to: organizing and attending IT-related events and workshops, conducting research, and gathering referrals
  • Negotiations and signing deals with new clients
  • Motivating, guiding and mentoring Sales Team
  • Leading Senior Executives through strategic key challenges, options, and possibilities
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors’ activities and developing sound market knowledge
  • Being a part of a thought leadership community - writing informative blog posts, articles, and presentations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales (ideally in the IT sector)
  • 3+ years of experience of directly managing a business development or sales (preferably managing a team of 2+ people)
  • Advanced level of English in writing and speaking is a must-have
  • Proven business development, sales track record in the USA / UK / EU and solid knowledge of the IT markets (a strong network of contacts and established relationships would be a plus)
  • Practical knowledge of the digital market and custom software development market
  • Proven track record in setting and implementing a business strategy from scratch for new markets, including new countries and/or industries
  • Demonstrating of ability to forecast sales and execute sales plans
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy
  • Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
