For our Client - an international company from energy industry - we are searching for an experienced Operation Manager.

Person on this position will be responsible for the overall safe, reliable and efficient operation of Power and Desalination Facility. Operation Manager will hire, motivate, train, promote, assess and dismiss of the staff under his or her supervision. In this role you will also be accountable for planning, controlling, directing and exercising full supervision over the power and water production Operations to meet planned targets in an efficient, economical, and safe operation of power station plant, and to generate targeted revenues.

Ideal Candidate has university degree in Engineering as well as operation experience in a Power / Desalination plant and experience as a manager or supervisor power plant. Fluent English is required.
