For our client, leader in SSC/BPO sector, we are looking for candidates for a position of: Operations Manager PTP (Purchase to Pay)
Tasks:
Business Driver
• understands the needs of the client and balances them with those of Company,
• establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect; manages business partner satisfaction (KPIs, Customer Satisfaction Score),
• is an escalation instance for his/her area of responsibility,
• supports scope extension and migration projects,
• controls budget realization in the area of his/her responsibility,
• assures adherence to process design and standards set,
• ensures consistent usage of methodology & tools,
• sets and manages realistic and manageable targets,
• cooperates and collaborates with other Company’s Centers in order to increase the quality and end-to-end process effectiveness;
Leadership Champion
• leads and motivates multi-functional teams in dispersed or complex environments,
• teaches and coaches his/her direct reports; motivates the team in the context of corporate management principles,
• is perceptive & sensitive to the needs of colleagues and offers help appropriately,
• plays a significant part in the recruitment /development of new people,
• actively encourages and assists the development of people; manages talent development program in his/her area of responsibility,
• presents self-confidence when taking decisions,
• is responsible for his/her direct reports performance evaluation/regular meetings with direct reports;
Continuous Improvement Driver
• ensures team is developing new ideas (Kaizens), process improvements and methods; escalates, informs, communicates within LGBS and to Customers about new found solutions and possibilities,
• ensures organizational structure and documentation methods are appropriate and cost effective,
• shows 'Can do' approach even in case of tough projects/implemented changes; is 'action oriented',
• close cooperation with Process Management
• signing off functional concepts of projects, business cases, implementation plans & project end
• performs other tasks defined by supervisor.
Requirements:
• Experience in PTP required (3 years)
• Experience in leading 40+ employees (1 year)
• University diploma or equivalent
• Excellent command of all Windows applications
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• German nice to have
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mind-set
