For our Client, a worldwide leader in post-trade services, we are looking for graduates and young professionals interested in field of finance and willing to start their career at the heart of financial industry - in their Krakow office.
The company provides a wide range of services connected with securities, facilitating timely and safe exchange between the clients and their counterparties. As a part of Client Service team, you will be responsible for first-line support (via phone and e-mail) regarding the settlement of securities transactions and finding solutions to queries coming from the clients.
We are looking for fresh graduates in finance and economics-related fields or strongly motivated to develop in this area. Young professionals with some previous experience in customer service and finance area are also welcome. To be successful at this position, you should speak fluent English, very good German and present excellent communication skills. Client-focused attitude and team working skills are essential, as well as analytical mindset, risk awareness and stress resistance. You should also be flexible in terms of working hours (shifts from 8.00 to 20.00).
