Fresenius Medical Care decided to establish Shared Service Centre in Wrocław and is recruiting for the position of P2P Accountant with Portuguese language.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
• Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Financial Shared Service Center according to the requirements of the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (Accounts Payable)
• Taking direction from the Teamlead and others in the team on specific tasks
Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:
• Day to day operations in the accounts payable area:
- Handle incoming invoices / credit memos
- Handle down payments
- Review vendor accounts
- Enrich vendor master data
- Reconciling vendor accounts
- Creating master data
- Handling of vendor queries
- Handle payment reminders
• Assist with other clerical duties
• Other specific accountabilities as directed
• Adherence to service levels
• Adherence to policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Portuguese and English in a business setting (with focus on read and write)
• Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers and scanners
• Good keyboarding and data entry speed
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (2 to 6 weeks periods)
• Good communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• About 3+ years relevant work experience
• Direct functional experience
