For our new, but rapidly growing SSC in Cracow, we are currently looking for:
Payroll Co-ordination Specialist
While working as Payroll Co-ordination Specialist you will be a part of newly launched payroll team in Cracow. Hired person will be heavily involved in the process of setting-up payroll service center in Cracow; once migration process in completed, Cracow team will support payroll for 23 countries. Aside from leading the migration process, day-to-day job will include also performing monthly payroll checks and control; ensuring compliance of payroll, providing advice to management on payroll initiatives, changes etc; Hired person will be a point of contact for Management, employees, internal departments e.g. HR, Comp&Ben, auditors (internal and external), external payroll service providers regarding payroll matters. Duties will also include working with the payroll provider on complex topics, assisting with accounting topics and supporting junior colleagues.
Successful Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Payroll area. Experience in payroll calculation combined with experience in working with external payroll services providers would be an asset. We are looking for Candidates with in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations for at least one European country. Excellent English and communication skills are a must. Work environment is very dynamic and busy, therefore good planning skills and ability to work with deadlines and cut-offs is also required.
