Payroll & HR Administration Specialist

Tasks and responsibilities

As our new colleague you will be responsible for creating and updating of HR & Payroll documentation, employees’ working hours and salary calculations. You will also settle accounts with the tax authorities (such as US, ZUS, and PFRON) and create reports and statistics on a regular basis.

Key skills required

• Good communication skills and good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Min 3 years of experience in a similar position ideally in a company of a production profile.
• Fair understanding of multi-cultural environment
• Very good knowledge of of the work, tax laws and social insurance laws
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, “Płatnik” and other payroll systems will be also required
• A structured approach to your tasks and ability to manage several tasks at the same time
• You have good organizational skills and can meet tight deadlines
• You can work independently as well as a part of a team
