- Analysis of performance requirements and non-functional requirements for the system
- Develop and control plan for performance testing in each release
- Develop and maintain performance test strategy
- Support the team in performance characterization and enhancement
- Collaborate with software engineers and test engineers to identify and resolve critical product performance issues
- Daily reporting the customer on performance testing progress
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software or computer engineering
- Desire to study, analyze, and optimize product and applications across a variety of computer architectures
- Experience working with MS Office, Microsoft Project, Visio, HP ALM, HP Loadrunner and various testing tools; Experience with test automation tools desired
- Experience with Oracle databases performance testing
- Background in performance testing, optimization, or monitoring on large servers is a must
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in addressing system performance
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful graphs, slides, etc., draw conclusions, and present results with recommendations for improvement
- An accomplished communicator with the ability to evangelize the importance of a strong Performance Quality Assurance program to personnel at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated with excellent judgment in decision making
- Strong customer service skills
- Fluent English is a must

Technical details:
Seamless integration in existing corporate landscape. Project was deployed within existing R&F reporting processes without breaking business continuity.
M/R data processing as a service. Introduction of service pattern enabled for greater code reuse and, in general, lower development time and better maintainability.
Metadata-driven, use-case based orchestration. Project ETL workflows are not hardcoded but rather based on business-defined configuration and metadata.
