We are looking engineering students to support our validation team. Candidate will be working with terminals based on LG platforms, Symbian, Windows Mobile and Android systems. Candidate should be able to support manual testing/logging and processing tools. Work will include stationary application tests and mobility tests done in car. Must be able to execute checklists to verify product quality before market go. Must have "Quality Mind" to work with Validation team and be sensitive to end user point of view.
We are looking for:
Phones Application Tester
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handset Application testing
- Drive tests in car
- CLs review and maintenance process
- Review of competitors solution and propose own ideas to phones UI and usability improvements
- Documentation skills for test specifications and test reports.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills (English necessary) and attention to detail are essential
- GSM/UMTS network infrastructure and handset application (Email, Java, Internet browsing via phones, Mobile Music) knowledge is desirable
- Willing and able to travel for Field test activity
- Very good knowledge about Excel tool (VB programming, making graphs and statistics) plus strong presentation skills will be advantage

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Student in Engineering passionate mobile technologies with market changes awareness and familiared with competitors offer.
